Founded in 1952 by 68 wine growers in the small town of San Pietro Vernotico, in the Salento area between Brindisi and Lecce, very close to the railway line, which was necessary for the sale and distribution of wine in the north.
After 70 years, the winery has remained faithful to the local tradition, adapting to the challenges and opportunities, transforming itself over the years into a modern company that markets its brand worldwide. Covering an area of 4000m2, the magnificent 1950s building, which is constantly being renovated, has become a destination for tourists and wine lovers. Equipped with the latest generation of oenological technologies (cold fermentation, soft pressing, microfiltration), it guarantees a product in compliance with the standards of consumer protection.
