Built in the early 50s by a local noble family, the building was used as an old oil mill. In fact, during the restoration works, the old tanks where the oil was stored were found.
Over the years the building has undergone various changes to become what it is today: a point of reference for style, elegance and service for travellers in the Salento area.

The B&B is located in San Pietro Vernotico, a town in the Negroamaro Park. The seaside resort of Campo di Mare is just a few kilometres away and the provincial towns of Brindisi and Lecce are 19 kilometres away.
In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the splendid beaches of Salento, including the famous Salento Maldives, or the beaches of Porto Cesareo, near the Porto Selvaggio marine park, or the majestic cliffs overlooking the sea on the Otranto coast.
The nearest airport is only 20 km away and is easily connected to the Brindisi railway station, but for a more relaxing stay we also offer our guests a shuttle service.

As is traditional in Salento, the famous pasticciotti of Lecce, apple pies, tarts and croissants are not to be missed. All strictly prepared by master pastry chefs.
